๐Ÿ“ฃ Kickoff Event Announcementโ€‹

Hello everyone! Join us for our kickoff event with faculty speaker Dr. Johannes Weis to learn about what is the cloud and learn more about our club and the various projects we have been working on!

There will be pizza ๐Ÿ•, so come enjoy the presentation, network with your peers, make new friends, and learn something on the way.

๐Ÿ“… Join Us for Regular Meetingsโ€‹

This semester we will be meeting twice a week with our regular Thursday meetings along with optional vitrual meetings on Tuesday to continue work on our projects.

In-Person Thursday Meeting Information:
  • Meeting Schedule: Every Thursday, 6:30 PM - 9:30 PM
  • Location & Events: Dandeneau Hall, Room 417
  • Presentation Section (6:30 PM - 8:00 PM): Reserved for presentations, demos, and guest speakers, focusing on weekly topics. Plus, enjoy some delicious pizza ๐Ÿ• with us right after the presentations!
  • Hands-On Section (8:00 PM - 9:30 PM): Allocated for the semester project. This time is interactive, free-flowing, and encourages collaboration.
Virtual Tuesday Meeting Information:
  • Meeting Time: Every Tuesday, 6:30 PM - 9:30 PM
  • Location & Events: Our Discord Server
  • Project Work (6:30 PM - 9:30 PM): Time allocated to work on our various ongoing projects.

  • ๐Ÿ“† UniPath.io: a full-stack web application that allows users to create, plan, and share their class schedules for their entire degree program.
  • ๐Ÿค– UniBot: a chatbot for universities. It utilizes Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) to improve the accuracy of responses.
  • โŒจ๏ธ UML NOW CLI: a Command Line Interface for the University of Massachusetts Lowell's NOW Student Dashboard API.
  • ๐Ÿ–ฅ๏ธ Club Website: this very website which we use to host all of our project documentation, semester schedule, and more.
  • ๐Ÿ“’ Attendance System: a Discord application that we use to track attendance at our events.
